VCSC COACHES

VCSC teams and coaches maintain membership in the national governing body of swimming, USA Swimming, and are certified through the Local Swimming Committee (LSC) of Southern California Swimming (SCS). The reason for this link is two-fold. First, swimming and coaching members of USA Swimming are covered by the organizations insurance at practices and at competitions. Second, a coach's membership to USA Swimming insures swimmers and parents of a high standard of safety consciousness and a firm commitment, by the coach, to run an outstanding swimming program. VCSC teams are run by coaches who can be counted on to guide and care for kids.
